Privacy policy
Last updated October 2026.
FilterWiseHome ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you visit filterwisehome.com.
What we collect

- Messages. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.
- Order information. When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, email, and order details.
- Usage data. We may use website analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site, which may collect your IP address, device, browser, and pages viewed.

How we use your information
- To send launch updates and, if you ask, filter reminders.
- To process and ship orders, and provide support.
- To understand and improve the site.
- To prevent spam and abuse.
Bot protection
Our signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, such as our hosting provider (Cloudflare), a payment processor, shipping carriers, and our product supplier who fulfills orders. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Emails and unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by replying to any email or writing to [email protected].
Cookies
Our analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics and Google Ads) may use cookies to measure visits and ad results. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep data
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep order records as long as needed for business and legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us. Some US states give residents additional rights, and we'll honor those requests as the law requires.
Children
Our site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date.
